Community Outreach at Galewoodstock Music Festival 

- Volunteers are needed for Trinity's booth at the Galewoodstock Music Festival in our neighborhood
- 11am - 6pm, Sat Aug 23rd

LOCATION:
- Sayre Language Academy, 1850 N. Newland

PURPOSE:
An event of family fun for the whole community and an opportunity to:
- Build friendships with our neighbors
- Introduce them to the Trinity family
- Share the love of Jesus
- Eat some of the best festival food you've ever had

VOLUNTEER >>HERE<<
11am - 12pm - Set up
12 - 2pm - Run the booth
2 - 4pm - Run the booth
4 - 6pm - Run the booth
5 - 6pm - Clean up

VOLUNTEER DETAILS
- Set up: Tent, tables, chairs, beautify-ing the booth

Run the booth:
- Button making machine
- Temporary tattoos
- Guess how many game
- Sharing info on the chuch

Clean up: Loading everything into cars and delivering back to church

This event, sponsored by Galewood Neighbors, Inc., is a FREE music festival for the whole community -- kids and adults of all ages.

Our Trinity booth will invite families into a fun and easy way to engage with our church. We'll be sharing Jesus' love with our community and building friendships with those we encounter (whether they attend Trinity or not).
