We are reading the book Lead Like It Matters: 7 Leadership Principles for a Church That Lasts and then discussing how we see these principles alive at Trinity or where we want to grow.

 There are so many leaders at Trinity. I (Pastor Eric) would love to do a better job of empowering and equipping the fantastic talent we have at our church. God has made us a powerful force in our neighborhood to love mercy, do justice, and walk humbly with our God!
