About The Class
The disciples recognized something extraordinary in the way Jesus prayed, and their request for guidance led to the Lord’s Prayer. Today, people often turn to prayer in moments of joy, loss, confusion, or need. Returning to Jesus’ own instructional prayer offers a clearer view of God, His Kingdom, and the posture of a praying life.

This four-week class, led by Marge Franzen, invites participants to take first steps or next steps in prayer by committing to pray the Lord’s Prayer daily for one month. Participants will receive digital content through the YouVersion Bible App reading plan on the Lord’s Prayer created by the Bible Project, with space to comment and share reflections. Weekly gatherings provide time for discussion, shared observations, and exploring how Jesus’ prayer shapes both personal and community prayer.

The class meets on Wednesdays at 7:00pm throughout January, with a Zoom option available.
