Our country is in crisis. Healthcare costs continue to spiral out of control. Budgets are being overloaded by the cost of insurance. According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, much of the problem, including premature death, comes from our diet. The medical and indirect cost of diseases associated with diet and inactivity are over $900 billion a year. The cost to society is enormous, but the value of lost life and opportunity is incalculable. In this series, we will look at what God says about our bodies in the Bible. Bod4God is really about living the life that God created us to live. God wants us to live this life fully, and to do so he wants us to take care of our body.
